Yea Yea I'm a terrrible blogger. I can only imagine it will get worse as the year progresses. I've also become a terrible emailer. I used to dislike those people who took days and days and weeks to respond to a simple email, but that has become me. I don't get to sit in front of a computer anymore so its not so easy. But enough of this down talk, let's talk about fun things...like Babies!
So we are 15 weeks along now and the 2nd trimester is going well so far. I still want to go to sleep about 9:15pm but I've been feeling pretty good overall. Baby is about 4-5 inches long and weighs between 3-5 ounces right now. My app says the baby is the size of an avocado. I love avocados, or at least did for a while. Avocados are not currently on my favorite food list. I'm sure that craving will come back at some point. I've always been a streaky eater.

7 Weeks

9 Weeks
Finally looking less like a mouse and more like an alien baby.
13 Weeks 4 days
When I look at this picture, I think "aww, cute baby", not "hey that is LITERALLY in my abdomen." It's a very weird phenomenon.
I know it says 12 weeks 5 days, but the baby is measuring big (13 weeks 4 days) and has been at each session. I think our due date will be changing. I'm supposed to be asking my OB about it at my next appointment per the specialist recommendation. So I call the baby by what he/she has been measuring consistently.
Baby Steele wants to say, "Hi!"!
Sweet little hand.
I've been awful about taking belly pictures. My awesome sister-in-law bought me these adorable stickers that say, "12 weeks, 16 weeks, 20 weeks, etc."
I actually didn't get to take my 12 weeks photo until almost 13 weeks, but I'm trying to do better. And yes these are cell phone pictures. We tried to get a quick picture before work and discovered that the camera battery was dead.
Too many pictures I know, but Paisley was so excited about baby, I had to add this one.
15 weeks!
More like a stomach roll than a baby bump, but baby is definitely growing.
I can make it look big if I hold both sides with my hands. Not sure how big my stomach looked when I did this before I was pregnant, but I feel like its bigger.
Hope everyone wanting an update has gotten their fill. I will try to be better about posting, but I am one sleepy momma with about 50 things on her plate right now...So I make not promises. We are in midst of the 3 week lull between our doctors appointments. I don't wish the time away, but I am always excited for an update with our OB and getting to see our sweet babe at our specialist.
Anyone have any guesses on what Baby Steele is? Boy or girl?
Everyone seems to have different reasoning for their guess so far... the pictures look like a ... You look like you're having .... So I would love to hear your guesses.
We should be finding out in the next few weeks.
