Baby Style

I don't know if its just that time of year again or if you have even noticed, but I think someone spiked the water. There are babies coming out of the woodwork everywhere! So in honor of all the new babies still cookin' and the ones who've been hatched, I'm sharing some etsy baby inspiration.

Baby onsies are so cute and creative these days...

Adorable Wall Prints from Gus and Lula and Caity Shinnick.

Baby hats! What is not to love about these sweet faces?
I know the pink hat on the right is a bit much, but how can you not love it on that baby!

Stuffed animals! Every kid needs one or two or maybe ten!

Baby boots! Need I say more?

Diaper Bags do not have to be drab... Look at this bag from Nest!
Love! Its just like one of the bag from one of the kids I used to babysit. Of course you know I love the inside liner! Now, I realize I am far from a rocker chick, but the liner unzips and removes and the bag can be used as a purse later or a carry on bag when you travel long after babies are grown. Come on...I know some of you like it.

Baby stuff is so cute! So excited to get started shopping for all the new babies in our lives.

The Day has FINALLY arrived...

COLEMAN is coming!

Oh yes he is!  Candace is in labor now!  She is doing well!  Check back for the first official photos of the man of the year!  (yes...every sentence deserves an exclamation point!)

So to tide you over and me while I wait patiently for us to leave, here are some updates...

3rd Annual Christmas Goody Day

We didn't take many pictures this year but as you can see we were a bit busy with all the goodies.  We made peanut butter balls, orea balls, snowman poop, and puppy chow!  Not to mention, it was a blizzard outside so we were rushing to finish lest me get snowed in and have to eat out way out!

This week I also hung out with one of my other favorite babies!  This is what our day consisted of...

It's the little things in life that can be the best.  Who knew hands would be his favorite toy?

It's a...

Glitter Word GeneratorGlitter Word GeneratorGlitter Word GeneratorGlitter Word Generator

No, not me silly!  Like I could keep a secret that big for 18-20 weeks!  But you would think so with all the baby announcement post I do.  I'm practically pregnant by association.

Its my gorgeous friends, Jess and Craig!

Isn't she the best looking 18 week prego chick you've seen?  I love her shirt!

I am so excited someone is finally having a girl!  Can't wait for girly things!  A little girlfriend for all my sweet baby boys!

PS--Look how clean my house is...Thanks Mom!  I'm so lucky to have a mom that will help me clean my house just so I can be ready to take pictures with a pregnant friend.  I know I'm weirdly obsessed with my friend's and sister's babies!

You love what?

Maybe I love too much.
Okay we know that's not true.  If anything I am considered to be a little more like chilled lemonade...like tangy but cold...unlike my hot chocolate of a husband who makes everyone feel warm in his presence.
Or maybe my love is just placed in different places than normal people.  Here are a few corners it may be hiding in...

Justin Bieber.

I tried to fight it but I just can't hide it anymore.

I have BIEBER FEVER!
(Can you hear me shouting it at the edge of the grand canyon like on the hover-round commercial...That's how I'm picturing this admission.)

Its hard for me to admit this.  But I have the chills to prove it.  I'm pretty sure its contagious ...so W-A-T-C-H out.  That little hair-flippin', baby faced, Canadian munchkin with a voice like liquid gold is so adorable.  I just want to pinch his cheeks and be his mom!
Every time he is on TV I attempt to do that... Baby Baby Baby Ooh dance ...yes... I was lip-singing that line as I was typing it.

Babies.
Those big round chubby cheeks, rolly hamhock legs, and cute pouty lips...Oh they are so kissable.
Beautiful photos by Katie Mosley Photography.

Better yet...I love MULTIPLES
Twins. Triplets. You name it.  I watch all the shows...Kate + 8. Raising Sextuplets.  I love them all.
Look at these cute triplets!
(Identical twins with their fraternal triplet)
I'm sure you are wondering...Who are these babies?  I don't know.  But I know they are gorgeous and I read their mom's blog just to look at their pictures.
I also read because I love adoption!
Ethiopian Tripletland

Trashy Reality TV shows.
Lets take a look at my DVR list right now:
Real Housewives of New Jersey.  Flipping out.  Teen Mom.  Rachel Zoe Project.  Bethenny Getting Married?.  Project Runway.  Real Housewives of D.C.
At least this season I didn't watch Jersey Shore but I wince as I admit I did watch the first season.

Blog-stalking.
You are probably sitting on your couch right now working on your blog...chances are I stalking you as you read.  Scary, huh?  I do some major creepin' on most of you.  Here are some of my faves.

Katie and I went to high school together.
Now she is a professional blogger and graphic designer (see her design business, Fancy Pants Designs, below.  Katie's blog is a hilarious, shockingly honest look at motherhood.  I love that she will say what everyone else is thinking.  Check it out.

Meet my friends, Elliott and Cherry.  I love keeping up with their lives and their super cute growing-baby-boy, Lofton, through the eyes of a dear friend.  I love her.  You'll love her.

The Shinnicks
Meet one of the most creative couples I know, Will and Caity.  Caity is a little Martha Stewart!  If you aspire to be more Martha like head on over and maybe she will rub off on you.
Also, check out her gorgeous stationary collection here.

The Daley Double
Daley.  An inspiring woman of faith.  Beautiful soul.  Fiery competitor.  Warm like honey.  That's all I have to say.

Okay, I could go on...I'm telling you I am a legit blog-stalker.  But I will share more of my favorite on another occasion.

Chocolate milk.
No not the thick uber sweet milkshake-style chocolate milk you buy in the carton.  The old-school plain white milk with good ol' Hershey's syrup in a glass cup so you can see how much syrup is floating at the bottom!  Now to do this right, you just barely mix it up then you drink the chocolate milk with a spoon scooping up a little bit syrup each time!  Yes, I drink chocolate milk with a spoon!
Oh yum...heaven for me.  Hell for my husband!  He hates when I drink things with a spoon because he is sensitive to sounds.  I don't even slurp but it drives him bonkers.
I would show you guys a picture of my chocolate masterpiece but my camera was lost/stolen at the Denver airport.  So boring blog post until I my new one arrives.

Well hope we got to know each other a little bit better today.  Sorry its been so long since my last post.  I was in a no-camera-depression.  I will try to be better.  I may do some informative safety posts soon...I know you guys are eager for those.  But I'm sorry they will be for your own good and for the good of you families.  So DEAL!  Love you, friends!

Splashing Caden Balls & Bouncing Baby Bumps!

So it looks like I've turned into a once a week blogger at best...My dreams of becoming a professional blogger are officially spinning down the drain.  Oh well...let's play catch up about my life.  I know you all are dying to know what we have been up to.
Let's start with a little bragfest then move on to my favorite topic:  Babies!

About my adorable nephews!  We spent the weekend in Murray, Kentucky and had lots of fun in the sun pool time in with the boys!  So of course I made a video of our weekend...maybe I'm obsessed...maybe you guys hate it...but isn't that what blog are for, to do whatever you want.  Yep it is... So deal.  Here's another video of my cute nephews!

Also yet another one of my friends got her eggo prego!
Jess was not to happy about taking this picture, but cliche poses are a must!

Congrats Jess & Craig!  Can't wait for baby Robinson's arrival in March!
You will be awesome parents!

We find out what my sister, Candace, and her husband, Eric, are having tomorrow in Denver, CO!
Will it be

Carolina/Savannah or Coleman?
There is a slash because the name is undecided.

What's your guess?

I'm torn.  Everyone I know has boys so I've become attached to little boys!...in a non-pedophile way...that came out wrong.  So if Coleman is cooking in her belly, then I must introduce him to my best friends, Lofton and Danger.  If its Carolina in there, then bar the gates its our first girl! (Can you hear me yelling?)  And Lord have mercy on the world if the sonographer found a secret twin!!!!!!!!!!  We will all faint, bust mad inappropriate dance moves and invade the personal space of random 50-somethings!  We love twins!

Now blogger friends, don't you fret!
I will of course update you on the big announcement (as if you won't see on facebook first...always a spoiler for my big blog announcements...dang you facebook)!  We will be videoing naturally so you guys won't miss the big moment!
And Yes I did say we would be in Denver, Colorado on our way to Idaho for family vaca...Yep you heard me correctly yet again...family vaca in the land of potatoes...I'll let you know how it goes. We will actually be in the airport in terminal B waiting for the happy parents to get off the plane and make their big announcement.  I anticipate embarrassing shrills from Camille and a generic yet genuine smile from my Dad.  I warned my mother to wear cute clothes to fly so she wouldn't be memorialized finding out what her first grandchild is while sporting a blah jogging suit.  Guess I should go pick out my outfit too!

I'm going to be an aunt again!  Whoop Whoop!

See you soon!
